The rules for training programs to meet eligibility requirements for the national Certified Psychologist examination have been established by the Certified Psychologist Act and Ordinance for Enforcement. The program should be executed to achieve targets to ensure one's ability as a Certified Psychologist. Training programs can only be carried out at accredited facilities. The accreditation criteria are as follows: trainees should provide psychological support (consultation, counseling, guidance, etc.) to clients for more than 720 hours (240 sessions), and they should visit two or more institutions in different fields to observe and receive explanations for more than 60 hours. The director must establish an evaluation framework for the achievement of attainment targets.
