Full career development of female psychiatrists is facilitated by more gender-equal social systems and more gender-minded offices, as well as ingenuity, efforts, and aspirations for one's own career development of each psychiatrist. In clinical practice, psychiatry is characterized as"ultimate order-made practice ", and the psychiatrist is privileged as a "personal support specialist ". The "order-made career support" of psychiatrists can be achieved by empowering such features of psychiatry and psychiatrists to promote their career development. Examples of careers and aspirations of three female psychiatrists will encourage human career development in psychiatry.
