The World Health Organization is in the process of revising the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, version ten (ICD-10). In 2018, the draft guidelines of the ICD-11 for review and commentary were published. Here, we outlined the chapter "Schizophrenia or Other Primary Psychotic Disorders" in the ICD-11. We evaluated the similarities and differences between the ICD-10 and ICD-11, as well as between the ICD-11 and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Fifth Revision(DSM-5). We then summarized the diagnostic requirements for each disorder in the chapter.
